Conditions of Use
Files.to does not take any responsibility for files that have been uploaded by its users and stored on one of the servers that belong to Files.to. We require all users to accept our “Fair Use”-principle, an agreement we have set up to guarantee a fair parting of our bandwidth and traffic. Every user has to manage his traffic and to deal with his uploads in a fair way. By doing that everyone can avoid excessive use of our service, which is an important requirement for the further existence of Files.to as a free and qualitative hosting service.
Since we provide our service for free, we can only check files for their legality at random. Because of this reason we can’t take any responsibility for possible direct or indirect damages or copyright infringements resulting from an incorrect use of Files.to. Users that abuse Files.to for illegal reasons incur a penalty, Files.to can’t be called to account for such content. By uploading a file, every user accepts our conditions and complies with all rules, which define illegal content. Both copyrighted material and pornographic, abhorrent and discriminatory content must not be published with Files.to.
